Purpose

The methodology page states the correction policy. This register is the implementation: every substantive change to a published claim, recorded with its previous wording, the correction, the reason, and the source that settled it.

A policy is not evidence of implementation. This page is.

The register begins 11 August 2026, when the first systematic calibration of the sequence-forensics claims was published. Changes before that date are not itemised here. Editorial rewording that does not change a claim, and infrastructure or media changes with no claim content, are not itemised here either.

COR-009, 2026-09-02: retraction-request filing status corrected

Article: Pinsolle's Framework: Spike, mRNA, and the Lab-Origin Question

Previous wording: The "Formal retraction request (August 2026)" subsection stated: "The author of this site submitted a six-ground retraction request to Nature Medicine (cc to COPE) on 11 August 2026", and carried the full six-ground request inline.

Correction: The request was prepared on 11 August 2026 and has not been transmitted to Nature Medicine or COPE. The subsection now states that plainly and in the first person, and the six-ground request, its grounds, and its status stand in their own article (Retraction Call: Andersen et al. (2020)). This entry is recorded before any transmission, so the public record cannot lag the filing record.

Reason: Author's record: request prepared, not transmitted.

Source: The author's own filing record; no transmission to Nature Medicine or COPE has occurred, and no submission receipt exists.

Status: Corrected. Deployed at entry date.

COR-008, 2026-08-31: mRNA article framing recalibrated

Article: A Foundational mRNA Assumption Under Challenge

Previous wording: The opener and page description stated the paper was "proving the entire mRNA vaccine platform was built on a scientifically false foundation", that the assumption was "proven WRONG", that safety consequences "have been catastrophic", and that cardiac-safety technology exclusion was "deliberate". The URL slug carried the same framing ("the-mrna-platform-just-collapsed...").

Correction: Opener, description, and closing paragraph rewritten to what the cited evidence chain supports: a foundational design assumption (dendritic-cell targeting) is contradicted by direct experiment; mechanism-level cardiac risk was assessable before deployment and was not assessed; population-level clinical consequences are explicitly stated as not established by this chain. "Proves" claims downgraded to "establishes"; intent attributions removed. Slug renamed to /foundational-mrna-assumption-under-challenge/ with permanent redirects from both previous URLs.

Reason: The framing overstated what the cited papers (Marks et al., Nature Biotechnology; Mulroney et al. 2024, Nature, PMID 38057663; Mört et al., Cells) demonstrate.

COR-007, 2026-08-31: billing and ICD-10 coding block removed

Article: Executive Evidence Summary: Three-Layer Genomic Defense Framework

Previous wording: A "Billing Codes (US)" section labelled ICD-10-CM code R09.81 as "Post-viral fatigue" and I51.7 as "Cardiac inflammation", alongside a CPT code list. Both labels are wrong: in ICD-10-CM, R09.81 is nasal congestion and I51.7 is cardiomegaly.

Correction: The entire billing and ICD block removed rather than patched.

Reason: The block had not been professionally verified and contained coding errors. A single wrong code is a cheap attack surface against the whole framework; the block added nothing clinical.

COR-006, 2026-08-31: case scenarios relabelled as synthetic

Article: Executive Evidence Summary: Three-Layer Genomic Defense Framework

Previous wording: A "Clinical Case Examples" section with specific patient vignettes, laboratory values, and percentage outcomes, hedged only by a note that they were "representative cases based on clinical patterns".

Correction: Section retitled "Illustrative Synthetic Case Scenarios" with an explicit statement that the scenarios are constructed, are not real patient records, and that the numbers are illustrative composites, not clinical observations from a tracked cohort.

Reason: The original presentation could be read as actual patient cases.

Status: Corrected. Pending deploy at entry date.

COR-005, 2026-08-31: Moderna patent quotations replaced with verified patent text

Articles: DNA Contamination and SV40, Process 1 vs Process 2, The Stability Trap

Previous wording: Four statements presented in quotation marks as direct Moderna patent text, including "Because the remaining DNA fragments may cause a patient to develop cancer" and "Some of the introduced DNA may be incorporated into the genome of the cell and inherited by the offspring". Three social-media graphics were captioned as patent excerpts or regulatory documentation; one was captioned as microscopic evidence of intracellular DNA.

Correction: All four quotations replaced with verbatim text from the primary patent: "residual DNA in drug products may induce activation of the innate response" and "has the potential to be oncogenic in patient populations"; the qPCR limitation ("it only detects the DNA molecules that contain both qPCR primers"); and "1 U of RNase-free DNase is then used to digest the original template". The integration language is now attributed to the correct filing, US 2019/0240317 A1, with its DNA-vaccine context stated. An inline correction note was added to the DNA Contamination article. All three graphics deleted.

Reason: The quoted statements were paraphrases from a social-media graphic, not patent text. US 10,077,439 B2 contains neither the word "cancer" nor "offspring". One graphic was a compiled studies table containing entries marked "[hypothetical DOI, pending publication]" and was carrying two contradictory false captions.

COR-004, 2026-08-31: ACHS article, Kopáček's contract role sourced to the contract

Article: ACHS Sequencing Deposit and the Host Genome

Previous wording: Kopáček described as coordinator of the joint workplace, attributed "per the report" (a secondary characterisation).

Correction: The primary contract's actual content appended: a 36-month cooperation agreement between the Biomedical Research Center and Sensible Biotechnologies, signed for the Center by Silvia Pastoreková, naming Kopáček as contact person for contractual matters. The contract does not use the word "coordinator". The "per the report" attribution kept.

COR-003, 2026-08-31: reishi evidence-tier percentages corrected

Article: Reishi: An Evidence Review

Previous wording: Evidence-tier row of 45/40/30 percent, summing to 115 percent.

Correction: Corrected to 40/35/25. Ranking unchanged.

Reason: Arithmetic error; a tier table that sums past 100 percent misrepresents its own data.

Status: Corrected and deployed.

COR-002, 2026-08-30: editing artifact removed from DNA Contamination summary

Article: DNA Contamination and SV40

Previous wording: The executive summary bullet ended with a stray "WOW", an editing artifact.

Correction: Removed.

Status: Corrected and deployed.

COR-001, 2026-08-26: withdrawal of the counter-claims article; the seven calibrated claims

Article: "Calibrated Counter-Claims: What the Sequence Forensics Does and Does Not Show", published 11 August 2026 at /calibrated-counter-claims-sequence-forensics/, withdrawn from publication 26 August 2026, subsequently removed from the site repository. Its content survives in repository history, and the corrections it made are recorded here so they remain public.

The article systematically re-examined seven sequence-forensics claims from earlier work:

• Claim 4's citation was corrected twice. The first correction fixed the PMID but introduced a second error, naming Nature Biotechnology with a fabricated-seeming volume, pages, DOI, and author string. The second correction, on 26 August 2026, following external review, verified the citation against PubMed: Mulroney TE, Pöyry T, Yam-Puc JC, et al. "N(1)-methylpseudouridylation of mRNA causes +1 ribosomal frameshifting." Nature. 2024;625(7993):189-194. PMID 38057663.
• Claim 7's correction invalidated the natural-baseline comparison used in earlier CGG analyses; the CGG enrichment signal survives recomputation against natural Omicron baselines (Pfizer bivalent BA.4/5 at 9.4x, Moderna at 19.6x natural BA.x density).
• The calibration method for each finding is reproducible: Biopython scans against the public GenBank records OR134577.1 and OR134578.1.

Reason for withdrawal: The article was withdrawn from publication on 26 August 2026 (commit 085e2a5) and references to it were stripped from other articles on 27 August (commit 902eece). The corrections above stand regardless of the article's publication status; if the sequence doesn't reproduce, the claim is cut.

Status: Article withdrawn. Corrections stand and are recorded here permanently.

• Media, infrastructure, and non-claim editorial changes, which are tracked in the repository history rather than on this page.
• Claims that were never published. Where a figure could not be verified before publication (claim 5 above), the register records it as unverified rather than silent.
