Why Measslainte Exists
A Personal Journey, Not Medical Advice
Important disclaimer: I am not a doctor, medical professional, or certified expert. The content on this site represents my personal research journey and findings. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals before making health decisions.
A Family Story That Became a Mission for Truth
What began as a family health crisis has become a personal mission for truth. When my wife was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2017, we were told there was no cure — only drugs to slow decline. That didn't sit right with me. I spent years reading research on Lyme borreliosis, chronic inflammation, and environmental toxins, documenting what I found.
I began connecting the dots between vitamin D deficiency, metals, parasites, glyphosate, fluoride, and vaccine-related injuries — and how these might contribute to immune dysregulation, demyelination, and neurological disease. I found that many "modern" illnesses appear to share common roots: toxicity, infection, and nutritional collapse.
What I've Found Through Research
Through reading and sharing findings openly across X, Substack, and this website, I've found that:
- MS and Lyme share striking overlaps — from brain lesions to immune signatures. Some cases reported in literature improve under antibiotic or antimicrobial protocols.
- Vitamin D3 and sunlight are critical; deficiency tracks geographically with autoimmunity.
- Clean food, water, and detoxification matter. We've observed reduced symptom flares through filtering fluoride, supporting liver and lymph detox, and cutting processed food and seed oils.
- Nature has compounds worth exploring.
- Lion's Mane and Reishi show nerve repair potential in studies.
- Black seed oil, turmeric, and pomegranate demonstrate anti-inflammatory properties.
- Taurine shows myelin regeneration support in research.
- Coptis chinensis and Sasa veitchii demonstrate infection-reducing effects in studies.
- Spiritual and lifestyle practices — prayer, gratitude, cold exposure, fasting, and breathwork — can support the nervous system in ways often overlooked in conventional medicine.
Following the Science on DNA Contamination
My investigations into mRNA vaccine manufacturing — following the independent research of scientists like Kevin McKernan and others — have uncovered evidence of plasmid DNA, SV40 promoter sequences, and potential integration or oncogenic risks that regulators are only now acknowledging. This isn't about fearmongering — it's about transparency, informed consent, and accountability**

Building Community & Irish Sovereignty
We've faced censorship, shadow bans, and institutional indifference — but also found an incredible network of people who care deeply about health freedom and Irish sovereignty. Measslainte means "Health" — but also "Wholeness" — in Irish. My goal is to share information that supports both.
What Measslainte Is
Measslainte is an evidence archive focused on:
- Preserving primary literature relevant to informed consent, genomic integrity, and cellular defense
- Curating peer-reviewed research on mutagen exposure, spike protein persistence, and evidence-based defense strategies
- Maintaining accessible records of findings that may be censored or difficult to access elsewhere
What Measslainte is NOT:
- A medical advice site
- A supplement sales platform
- A treatment recommendation service
- An opinion blog
All content cites primary sources (PMIDs, DOIs) where available. Readers are encouraged to verify claims independently and consult qualified healthcare professionals for personal health decisions.
Important Disclaimer
All content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. I make no claims to medical expertise. This is simply my way of sharing what I've learned through personal research, in the hope that it may help others in their own journeys toward informed health decisions.
